Although it is 100% polyester, it has a luxurious nylon-like texture. The fabric is wrinkled to create a three-dimensional effect, achieving a luxurious look not found in conventional polyester and a dry touch that feels good against the skin.
The special structure processed yarn with a flexible crimp formation provides durability not found in polyurethane. It has a moderate all-directional stretch performance with a stretch rate of about 24% vertically and about 24% horizontally, and a stretch recovery rate (after 1 hour) of about 86% vertically and about 78% horizontally, allowing for stress-free, comfortable movement and a stable, stylish style.
Although it is an industry-leading lightweight material (about 110g/m2), it has a tear strength (about 20N vertically and about 25N horizontally) that exceeds general standards. A high-durability model that has also measured high values in other items such as anti-pilling performance.
Some of the raw yarn that makes up the material is made from recycled PET. This is an SDG-compliant product with a recycling rate of 46% for the entire fabric.
High-level conductive threads are incorporated to provide high antistatic performance. The material itself complies with JIS T8118.
#3128 is a jacket that can be equipped with a cooling Peltier device. When combined with #3122 cargo pants, it can be used as the industry’s only cooling Peltier set-up uniform.
